Do’s
* Make your presence & availability whenever you have instructed or asked such contractors/workers for work at your home. This will assist our security concerns.
* Do collect all the contact details of personal visiting your house for any such work.
* If anybody of us find somebody making high noises, spitting gutaka or such things, annoying others do report your neighbors as well as respective Block representatives.
* In case of urgency and under unavoidable circumstances if work is to be carried during nights post 8.30 pm please seek prior permission from the neighbors and inform them.
Don’ts
* Kindly instruct strictly to your contractors/workers to not to spit in stairs, corridors, walking tracks, parking area, lifts, parks, children play area
* Instruct them to assist the other residents in case of need & emergency
* Instruct them not to throw garbage in the premises of Apartments
* For our peaceful leisure, it is advised that we should not allow noise making activity like carpenter/welders etc., post 8.30 pm and before 7.30 am
Letting out
Do’s
* As obviously everybody would be entering into rental/lease agreement when property is let-out, please include the term/condition on the stay of number of persons also.
* Do visit the let-out property frequently to have authenticity, neatness and control over the property.
* Instruct them or include clause that they shall abide by whatsoever rules of association/residents of Apartment under all circumstances.
Don’ts
* Do not allow the tenants to represent themselves as owners of the property in association/residents meetings & gatherings
Playing/amusement activities
Do’s
* Only children are supposed to be allowed playing in allotted children play area, we have to ensure this.
* As far as possible do escort your child while he/she is playing.
Don’ts
* Instruct your children not to damage or assist in damaging the playing equipments and ask them to report when somebody is found doing so.
* Youngsters or adults playing cricket or any game involving hard hitting objects in the compound/corridors/terrace/parking area are not allowed.
Security/Common Housekeeping
Do’s
* We are entitled to observe & ensure that Main entrance gate and other sub-entry gates are kept closed all the time.
* We are entitled to observe that all the security personals are performing their duty at respective assigned locations.
* An in-out register is a must duty of the security supervision. Everybody can be requested to keep random watch on this activity and ensure that all records are maintained properly.
* Kindly keep watch on the work of security and housekeepers as well and do ask housekeepers if they are imparting unfinished or semi finished work.
Don’ts
* Do not mingle too much with security/housekeeping personals as this deviate them from their duty.
* Do not make use of security/housekeeping personal for individual and independent use while they are on common duty.
* Do not dump the garbage or unwanted things inside the compound of Apartments please assist for clean living.
Party/Functions
Do’s
* Just make aware your close by neighbors about your planned party and function and pre-request them to co-operate for such few hours.
* Everybody can be requested to support cultural, religious, traditional and such events and bear with the organizers for such few hours.
* It can be requested everybody to use their vicinity of area for arranging parties or functions and ensure that neighbors are not disturbed.
Don’ts
* Parties/Functions in night hours i.e., post 10:15 pm is to be avoided.
* Avoid making parties in corridors, co-incidental areas, others parking areas which may hurdle others walk way and arrangements.
* Avoid uncultured, untraditional parties
* Avoid use of uncultured, untraditional parties on terrace also; this is keeping in view the security concerns.
Smoking/Beverages/Drugs
I suppose this matter cannot have do’s. This is subjective and every such content pack contains warning message of danger on life but still we should make ourselves understand that such amusements shall be enjoyed either inside the self occupied house or outside the Apartments.
We should also ensure by doing so we are not troubling old-aged, medically unfit, children and not spoiling surrounding peaceful environment.
Vendors / Petty sellers / Moving service providers
Like flower & vegetables vendor, iron man, washer man etc.,
Do’s
* Avoid allowing petty vendors and service providers inside Apartment. This will assist Security measures.
* However, such vendors are required and hence they can reach us through security and block representatives. Such petty vendors can be notified on the notice board before allowing them regularly.
Don’ts
* Do not refer and send them to others houses for whatsoever offers.
* Avoid home-delivery or asking vendors for door-step services. This may cause security lapse.
* Do not allow vendors to leave their unwanted things or regular required things in the premises under any circumstances.
