Plan vs. Execution

Though none on earth is sure about how long one may live, everybody is busy in planning out whole saga of life. Interestingly almost all and sundry looks like influenced by someone else, is it be with buying or studying or working or walking or anything.  Please ask yourself have you really achieved exactly as you planned? Are you satisfied with the result against your plan of life? Are you getting satisfied wealth? Ok let us be little specific. Have you got the percentage what you planned for your final high qualification? Did you got married as per your plan or it was of someone else plan? Did you get your first job with your liked portfolio & pay? Though you may enroll your child in best school for great results, but did you get. Is your son or daughter is taking care of you? So it’s fair to believe that plan is temporary and execution is permanent. No one is bothered on what you planned, no one is really interested in looking at your changed templates or formats of plan and only things done, work done, activity finished, subject accomplished are chattered & creates history. So let god be your planner as he would have already written about your fate and you just be executor. Execution is keep doing things, keep doing work coming your way, keep doing your social job. Spend more time on execution, action and not on plan. Remember the quote of Pablo “Action is the foundational key to all success”.

Fate vs. Hard & smart work

When one read above view it may strike to mind that fate can changed by good planning, hard work and smart work. Is it? Can we achieve something beyond fate by great planning? Ok now let me share a very old story I came across somewhere. Long ago there lived one king with vast empire. He did many works for the state. One day he realized that he is getting older so he has to plan the handover of empire to his heirs and he was also eager to know about his death. As he was holding big empire he had all sort of experts of various fields. King does not find any difficulty in dispensing his empire to heirs. Scientist also arrived at his tentative date of death based on his life style. However his priests had done yet bigger job for him by knowing his date, time & place of death. The priests indicated that king will die after two years on particular date at garbage dump yard near his state. King laughed at priest and said that I have built this empire after great plans, strategies & battles, unknowingly ignoring or overlooking contributions of various soldiers, his ministers, experts and his fate. King believed that he can plan well and can decide his wished place of death and he decided to avoid his death on Garbage dump yard. He handed over the empire to his heirs and went away to Kashi on the banks of river Ganga, without informing anyone as he decided to die on the banks of Ganga. He disguised himself as a saint and started living on the river bank, but gradually his health started deteriorating due to new climate & improper food intake. His time of death was approaching, king’s health worsened more & he starting losing his memory, speech & visualization. But he sticks to the plan of death on the banks of Ganga. He wanted to prove that fate can be changed with great plans & smart work. Now, king’s death time was almost near, there visited one family from his state-hood. After offering prayers to Holy river family realized that the saint looks like there king and he is very ill so they must take him back to the kingdom. As king could not see & speak properly he was not able to express his wish, the family laden him on the horse and started travel. When they reached on the outskirts of state-hood where Garbage dump yard was there, king felt very bad and slipped from the horse and died on the spot, as written in his fate. Just live happily with whatever you have. Don’t spend your time in charting plans & strategies of long period.

Happiness vs. you


Its, quiet commonly heard around that money is very important to live in this world. Yes, exactly right but at the same time one must earn money to live happily and not spend his life time in filling up statements, charts, designs, colors, reports of some person or organization just because you are paid out money for doing it. Love what you do & that’s the key of happiness. If you want to be happy, set a goal that commands your thoughts, liberates your energy, and inspires your hopes.  I remember the quote of Maya Angelou “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." It’s simple you should be happy with whatever you have. Try out pulling happiness out of every such scene which gives you feel of behind in this world. For example- your boss or colleague or friend or enemy bought a new car & you don’t have one. Here I will make this scene into a happy mood without having a car. How? Ok, for buying a good car one must be spending minimum 3 lakh rupees, should have parking space & further recurring maintenance cost, fuel cost. Beside all this it carries greater stress & risk too if buyer is driver. Moreover, after some years cost of car becomes zero too. Now assume that you will put same amount in Bank as fixed deposit for this purpose & so you will earn interest. Spend this earned interest in hiring your wished car with driver whenever you want. Your amount at the end of any year will be plus only, be happy, the former is at certain loss. Likewise any matter you come across try to take positive energy out of it, try to turn the scene to your happiness. It’s probable. Happiness is happening substance in the world. If you are happy “All is well & all yours”.
